Depending on the season, our car rental rates may change. Market conditions, demand, and supply all affect our rates. Rates quoted are only guaranteed at the time they are quoted.
The rental period begins at the time and date indicated in the rental agreement and concludes when the vehicle is returned. For example, Vehicles rented from 8:00 a.m. and returned at 8:00 a.m. the following day, would be regarded as a one-day rental.
Rental duration extensions require approval and may incur additional charges.
Early returns will not be refunded. The entire rental term that was originally scheduled is the customer's responsibility.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is made.
Be 25 years of age or older.
Possess of a valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years.
Drivers/hirers who are 75 years and over must present a medical certificate confirming their competency to drive a motor vehicle.
A visitor’s permit is required; this can be issued by our representative. Please note that at the time of rental, your original driver's license from your country of issue must be presented.
Agree to a security deposit that will be held until the vehicle is returned in same condition when it was rented.
The use of the rental vehicle must adhere to local laws and regulations.
The renter is responsible for the vehicle and must ensure that it is driven safely. Prohibited uses included, but are not limited to:
Any loss or damage to the vehicle that happens during the rental time is the renter's responsibility. This includes, though is not restricted to, damage to the car's exterior or interior or loss of accessories, such as keys. These charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was picked up. If this is not done, there will be a refueling fee which will be deducted from the security deposit.
The use of smoking, vaping or any products that include tobacco or nicotine is strictly prohibited.
A cleaning fee of US$125.00 will be subtracted from the security deposit to cover the expense of thorough cleaning and odour removal if smoking related evidence (such as burns, ashes, or smell) is discovered in the car upon return. Depending on how much cleaning is needed, the charge amount may change.
We ask that clients notify us as soon as they become aware that they must cancel their reservation. If the client does not show up for the vehicle within 24 hours and does not contact us to modify the delivery information, the reservation will be changed to No Show.
A local driver's permit is mandatory for visitors. This can be issued by our representative. Please note that your original driver's license from your country of issue must be presented at drop-off.
Optional E.P. is available and recommended. If E.P. is declined, the hirer accepts full responsibility up to US$2,000.00 for damage or loss of the vehicle caused by accident, fire or theft, regardless of who is at fault.
A Pre-authorization is a one-time transaction that will be placed on your credit card for an amount of US$1,000.00. Please note that the release time varies
depending on your issuing financial institution. Debit Cards or Cash are not accepted for Pre-authorizations.
If E.P. is accepted, responsibility for damages is reduced to USD $250.00 providing that the vehicle is operated in accordance with all conditions of our contract. E.P. does not cover damage to tyres / rims / vehicle canvas tops or cigarette burns to upholstery. Charges may apply for roadside assistance. A Pre-Authorization hold will be placed on your credit card in the amount of US$250.00.
Optional S.D.W. can be purchased at a cost of US$15.00 per day. With this coverage there is Zero Deductible, providing the vehicle is operated in accordance with all conditions of our contract.
Full roadside assistance is included. A Pre-Authorization is a one-time transaction that will be placed on your credit card for an amount of US$150.00. Debit Cards or Cash are not accepted for Pre-Authorizations. Please note that the release time varies depending on your issuing financial institution.
In the event of an accident, call C’S Kingdom Transport Services immediately. Barbados Traffic Laws dictate that all accidents must be reported within 24 hours. Do not admit liability.

All of our vehicles are insured by the British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC).
Vehicle drop-off is free of charge to clients' place of accommodation.
Gas/Extra Driver/ Baby Seats are additional charges that may be added to your final bill.
